Actsoft has worked diligently to deliver a user-friendly customer provisioning process. The company's goal is to keep it simple for the Enterprise client. The following is required to become an Actsoft customer:
- Have or purchase a GPS enabled handset that is compatible with the Sprint iDEN wireless network
- Purchase an appropriate Sprint Voice Plan
- Purchase a Sprint Online Services Total Connect Plan based on projected usage
- Sign Actsoft's End User Agreement and the associated Terms and Conditions document
- Download some initial software off the Actsoft website via the Sprint Download process
- The customer account is established and the software application is activated
